Summary:

There has been no significant change in expected activity in the northern Colorado real estate markets. We’re seeing normal seasonal adjustments in sales, prices and inventory, and the market can be characterized as basically reactive to what’s going on in the national economy, rather than being driven by unique local or regional economic factors. In that regard, uncertainty concerning interest rates, price movements, and job stability continue to affect buyers’ and sellers’ decisions, and have had particular impact in the low-to-mid price ranges.

We’ll be keeping a very close watch on the market and letting you know what’s going on. In the meantime, and as always, if you have any questions or just want to chat, please give us a call – we’d love to hear from you.
