As is expected for this time of year, home sales in Greeley CO declined in November 2019. 103 homes sold, a 25.2% decrease from the 129 homes sold in October 2019, and a decrease of 8.7% from the 112 sales in November 2018. Year-to-date home sales of 1,407 are up 3.2% over the 1,363 sales for the same period last year.
Greeley CO home prices rose in November 2019. The median sales price was $323K, up 4.2% from $310K in October 2019, while the average price was up 5.7% to $335K from $317K in October 2019. These numbers reflect only those specific home that sold during the month, so we don’t assign too much significance to these typical month-to-month variations.
The inventory of available homes held steady during November 2019, dropping to 135 homes on the market at the end of the month, from the 136 homes on the market at the end of October 2019. The Months Supply of Inventory (MSI) rose to 1.3 months, and continues to indicate a strong seller’s market.
As is common for this time of year, there just isn’t much of significance happening in the Greeley real estate market.
