There are 164 new homes on the market in Loveland CO, priced from a low of $285,000 to a high of $1,700,000. Of these 164 homes, 59 are finished and ready for occupancy, 87 are under construction, and 18 are yet to be built - the last two of these categories offer the best chances for choosing finishes, upgrades and features. There are an additional 71 new homes under contract and waiting to close.

New home sales have started 2019 well in Loveland CO – there have been 27 new homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $360,000 to a high of $1,168,592, with a median price of $450,000, and an average price of $526,281.
